Free Comic Book Month ending early

Sorry to say that Free Comic Book Month 7 is ending early; no more entries will be accepted. Also, this will likely be the last time I do Free Comic Book Month.

Over the course of seven years, I have given away 721 comics to 295 people. Hopefully you all have enjoyed your comics. It's been (mostly) fun, but all good things must come to an end.

Commentary:

* The top debut this week is Castle: Deadly Storm, the Marvel-produced tie-in graphic novel for the television series. It doesn't come out until September, but got a big push at the start of the season finale earlier this week.

* Marvel also have the other debuts this week: Fantastic Four by John Byrne Omnibus up at #14; and Ultimate Comics: Doomsday sneaking in at #49.

* Thor by Walter Simonson Omnibus slips a good bit to #20 this week; but still, it's several week run in the top 10 is quite impressive for at $100+ book.
