Doom Patrol Vol. 5 #1-22 Complete

The fifth series to feature those freaks of the 60's, The Doom Patrol. Series debuted in August 5, 2009. The new series focused on the core members Elasti-Girl, Negative Man, Robotman, and the Chief, while other members such as Mento, Bumblebee, and Vox were seen later. The title launched with a 10-page ongoing Metal Men co-feature written by J. M. DeMatteis. The series eventually focused on Oolong Island, which has been turned into a resort town, while still maintaining a large super-science background. The new series lasted a total of 22 issues, before being cancelled.

Pssst! was an adult fiction magazine, which was on sale during the early eighties. It was an attempt to create an alternative type of comics/cartoon magazine for the mass market. Although sucessful in many ways, it did not reach the greater audience it was intended for and was unable to continue when its parent company went into liquidation. Only ten issues were published.

R.E.B.E.L.S. is a team of ex-lawmen on the run from their former peace-keeping organization, L.E.G.I.O.N.. Led by the ruthless Vril Dox, R.E.B.E.L.S. roster includes among others Strata, Borb Borbb, Stealth and Lobo. An alien telepath, who went by the name -of- 'Telepath' was unwillingly part of the team. At first Telepath was imprisoned but was later let free and assists the team. The series started in 2009 and continued on for a total of 28 issues plus an annual before being cancelled.
