NPR's On the Media this weekend has three stories in its closing segments about comics:
"Strip Down?" is about the recent supposed resurgence of new comics strips, such as Pearls Before Swine, Rhymes with Orange, and Boondocks.
"Men of Tomorrow" is an interview with Gerard Jones (author of Men of Tomorrow: Geeks, Gangsters and the Birth of the Comic Book) about the creation of Superman.
"The Thing’s Jewish Mother" is a repeat segment from a couple of years ago, with a new introduction realting to Stan Lee's recent court victory.
All three segments can be heard with Real Audio, MP3, or PodCast here.
